Engagement 01
Neighbourly Check-In

A single, friendly engagement for owners who simply want someone to talk things through with. We meet, listen to where you are, and offer honest, down-to-earth observations. Suited to micro-businesses and first-time owners who have a question, a concern or just a desire to think things through with someone who has seen a few things.
What is included:
- A relaxed face-to-face or video conversation (up to 90 minutes)
- A short written note of what we discussed within three working days
- A few practical suggestions to consider in your own time
- A brief follow-up message if you have a quick clarification after the session
How it works:
- You reach out and tell us a little about your business and what is on your mind
- We arrange a time to meet — in person or by video
- We have an honest, unhurried conversation
- We send you a written note of the key points within three working days
Engagement 02
Daily Workings Review

A four-week engagement to ease the everyday strain of running a small shop or service. We look at stock, scheduling, suppliers and routines, then offer simple changes that fit your reality — not an ideal version of it. Best for hands-on owners who want their days to run more smoothly, with less of the daily friction that drains energy and focus.
What is included:
- An on-the-ground review of current operations and daily flow
- Two working sessions spread across four weeks
- A written summary of findings and suggested changes
- Practical, actionable suggestions sized for your actual resources
- Availability for brief follow-up questions during the engagement period
How it works:
- We begin with an opening session to understand your current operations
- We review the areas of focus you have identified — stock, schedules, suppliers, routines
- We hold a second session two to three weeks later to share observations and discuss changes
- We provide a written summary within five working days of the final session
Engagement 03
Shoulder-to-Shoulder Advisory

A six-month relationship where we stand beside you through the ups and downs. We meet monthly, keep a shared plan, and help you weigh decisions without pressure. Suited to owners who are ready to grow gently while keeping the character of their business intact — and who want someone steady beside them for the journey.
What is included:
- Monthly one-on-one advisory sessions (six sessions in total)
- A shared planning document updated after each session
- Quarterly reviews of progress and priorities
- Steady availability between sessions for brief questions
- A closing summary at the end of the six months
How it works:
- We begin with a longer opening session to understand your situation fully
- We agree on two or three areas of focus for the first quarter
- We meet monthly to review progress, discuss decisions and adjust the plan as needed
- At the three-month mark, we hold a quarterly review to assess and reset priorities
- At six months, we provide a closing summary and discuss what comes next — if anything

Full confidentiality
Everything you share stays between us. We treat every engagement with the same discretion we would want for ourselves.
Scope confirmed in writing
Before any engagement begins, we confirm in writing what is included, what it costs and what is not in scope. No ambiguity.
No upselling
We do not use engagements as a way to sell you additional services. What you agreed to is what you get — nothing more is pushed your way.
Prompt responses
We aim to respond to all messages within one working day. Written notes are delivered within the timeframes stated for each engagement.
Independent throughout
We have no referral arrangements. Every observation we make is shaped purely by what we think is useful for your specific situation.
Flexible delivery
Sessions can be held in person at our Jalan Tun Razak office, at your premises, or by video — whichever suits you and your situation best.
