Things owners often ask us

What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We work mainly with small and micro-businesses across Malaysia — traders, food and beverage operators, small service providers, craft sellers, home-based enterprises and early-stage shops. If you employ fewer than thirty people and feel the weight of running things day to day, we are likely a reasonable fit.
Do I need to prepare anything before our first meeting?
Not really. Come as you are. Some owners find it helpful to jot down the two or three things weighing on them most at the moment, but even that is not necessary. We will guide the conversation gently and make sure we cover what matters to you.
Can we meet in person, or is everything online?
Both work well. We are based in Kuala Lumpur and can meet at our office on Jalan Tun Razak or come to your premises if that suits you better. For owners outside KL, we are comfortable working over video call and have found it works just as well for most conversations.
How soon will I hear back after I reach out?
We aim to reply within one working day, usually sooner. You are welcome to call directly if you prefer to speak with someone straight away — our line is open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm.
What if I am not sure which service to choose?
Most owners start with the Neighbourly Check-In. It is the simplest way to see how we work and whether we are the right fit for each other. From there, we can discuss what would make sense next — without any pressure to commit to anything more.
Is everything we discuss kept confidential?
Yes, entirely. Everything you share with us stays between us. We do not share client information with third parties, and we treat each engagement with the same care and discretion we would want for ourselves.
